Hoping someone can help me out.

I'm looking to set something up that would automatically send out an email to a group every 2 weeks.

We turn in our timesheets every 2 weeks, and I want to send out a email reminder to everyone. We have it on our calendars, but that's not good enough.

Could someone tell me how to accomplish this? Would it be done using an agent somewhere? And what would it look like? Just a simple @mailsend command?
